STUDIO Policies

Please treat Arī as your own and leave her as you found her for others to enjoy.

Furniture not on casters must be moved back to its original position or a fee may be charge to cover the cost of arranging assistance as it’s a two person job.

If you move the wall flats, please un-clamp and move individually, they are not designed to be moved as a unit. Costs will be recovered for any damage caused by careless use.

Please remove any excessive rubbish like big boxes etc from items you may have been shooting.

Please give the place a once over with the vacuum cleaner which lives under the sink, particularly if you’ve made a bit of a mess while getting creative!

 
 
 

Security

We’ve installed a state of the art digital security system and you will be sent a personal code that will be valid for the date and time of your booking.

When you leave, please ensure the blinds are down, roller door is down and padlocked, and lights are off. Call out fee may be charged if the studio is not left secure.

 
 
 

Cancellations

Ari may charge a cancellation fee, determined at the sole discretion of Ari, in lieu of estimated charges on a confirmed reservation that is cancelled or postponed.

If the Customer wishes to cancel or postpone a confirmed booking this must be done at least 72 hours before the hire period starts or 50% of the full equipment, personnel or studio booking rate may apply.
